LON
The Merlon LON Nurse Call System was first sold in 1992 and ceased manufacture in 2007 and is considered end of life. While we continue to provide support for the handsets and annunciators, new components are no longer available to service call point masters or slaves. Hills often has a range of
used parts that can be provided in some instances. It is recommended that the system is upgraded to the IP7500 platform. This is an easy process as the
wiring topology behind the walls is the same. For more information please contact our customer service team.
Questek by Hills
We continue to support Questek by Hills, also known as Questek A-Series. Some parts for the system are no longer available and others have very long lead
times. As the product owner and manufacturer, Hills recommends that the Questek system is not installed into any new build facilities. It should only be used
for extensions and servicing of existing sites. Hills have incentive based pricing for anyone wishing to upgrade their Questek System. For more

Hills Health IP7000
Spare parts and components for Hills Health IP7000 nurse call are readily available. IP700 has been superseded by both the IP7100 and 7500 Nurse Call
System and are backwards compatible in most cases. Some systems may require the installation of a new POE network switch and TV interface cards. Our customer service team will be able to advise the best solution for your application.
